Insurnance Reimbursments and Payments Policies

Many of our patients have dental insurance and most of the policies differ in benefits. It is our goal to streamline the insurance billing process for our patients. Therefore, our policy is as follows:

Prior to any treatment, we will provide you detailed information regarding your care, treatment sequence and financial investment. Payment for services is collected at the time of treatment. As a courtesy to our patients, we will submit insurance claims on their behalf.

Membership plan

Our in-house membership plan is designed to help our patients afford exceptional dental care. This plan allows our patients receive the dental care they need and deserve, without interference from third-party insurance companies. Unlike traditional insurance, our plan has no maximums, waiting periods, or denials. You will not find a better deal in Santa Fe. Our membership plan is as follows:

• Two or Three dental cleaning a year (Determined by your gum health)

• All routine x-rays

• Bi-yearly exams

• Bi-yearly Topical Fluoride

• One emergency

• 15% discount on all services EXCEPT Cosmetic Treatment and Invisalign

Payment Plans

We have partnered with Sunbit to allow our patients to complete the dentistry they need, while being able to pay over time.
